Venue

Surfers Paradise Beach foreshore is one of Australia’s most iconic strips of sand!  The sport will certainly bring an array of spectators who have cruised down for some entertainment from Cavil Ave.  The beach competition will be held at the specially built beach netball courts, located on Surfers Paradise Beach between Hanlan and Trickett Streets (one block south of Cavill Mall).

Parking Information

Parking around Surfers Paradise is VERY limited – we strongly recommend that you walk to the venue!

There is limited meter parking available, however it’s suggested you use Bruce Bishop Car Park (corner Beach Road & Remembrance Drive) or Ferny Avenue Car Park.  Parking fees apply – check surfersparadise.com for full details.

  • Strapping tape
  • Sunglasses and visors (it’s fine to wear these on-court)

Hinterland Districts Netball Association
Firth Park, Mudgeeraba

Hinterlands District Netball Association will again host NetFest outdoor netball – Competitive Female, Mixed and Social netball competitions as well as the new Fast5 competition in 2017.

The venue has 17 surfaced courts and extensive netball competition hosting experience. The lush green grass and shady trees at Mudgeeraba provide plenty of area for a NetFest picnic while watching the live entertainment in the chill out zone.

  • Food and beverage (including air-conditioned bar, sausage sizzle and other food vendors)
